The New York State High School Football Coaches Association weighed in and the kudos continue to mount for Section 4 following a three state championship tournament.
Maine-Endwell (Class B), Chenango Forks (Class C) and Tioga Central (Class D) won the organization’s Coach of the Year and Player of the Year awards, respectively — and include a two-way line among the players receiving the best billing.
