This application file, application file #1, consists of the demolition of the existing tennis courts and the construction of new tennis courts. DATE AND PLACE OF OFFER: Sealed offers will be received at Park Rapids High School, 401 Huntsinger Avenue Park Rapids, MN 56470, high school administrative office, then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received and stamped by 2:00 p.m. local time on 04/21/2022. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. DOCUMENT REVIEW: Bidders may view project drawings and specifications at the Construction Manager’s office. For electronic access to tender documents, please contact the Construction Manager at 612-670-9897. The Construction Manager can also provide the locations of builder exchanges holding plans that contractors can access. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with producing plans and specifications for their use.
